Absolute Beginners Yoga Courses

If you are new to yoga, the best place to start is our Absolute Beginners Yoga Course. The course is 5-weeks long and during the 5 weeks you will slowly and steadily build your strength, flexibility and yoga knowledge. At the completion of the course you will be ready to join in all our other yoga classes.

With the popularity of our 5 week beginners course, we now have 3 courses available:
Monday 7:30pm
Tuesday 9:30am
Wednesday 7.30pm

Students from all 3 courses are welcome to attend our Saturday 10am catch up class. Class sizes are limited to 15 students.

The course is $100 for one person or we offer a Bring a Friend special- $180 for two people.
